[[On 168bpm (beats per minute) photo-installation artwork, 168 steel nails perforate the wall in order to fix a sequence of test tubes containing fractions of photographic images digitally printed on tracing paper.

The undulations created by the glass tubes along with the nails rhythm indicates a movement already contained on photographed subject.

The tubes, which are expected to be filled with liquid matter also indicate the content of the photographs they host. Even though water wasn't what I photograph here but the light reflected on the sea.///Na instalação 168bpm (batimentos por minuto), 168 pregos de aço perfuram a parede para fixar uma sequência de tubos de ensaio contendo fragmentos de imagens fotográficas impressas em papel vegetal.

As ondulações criadas pelos tubos de vidro, junto com o ritmo dos pregos, indicam o movimento já presente no assunto fotografado.

Os tubos, os quais se espera serem preenchidos por matéria líquida indicam também o conteúdo das fotografias que abrigam. Embora não seja a água o que fotografo aqui, e sim a luz refletida no mar ao longo de idas e vindas da maré.]]
